Mr. Bandy is a recognized entrepreneur in energy, having founded and built two successful companies. He brings to IronHorse a proven track record of performance.
Mr. Bandy began his career as a petroleum engineer in 1976, and holds a Bachelor in Petroleum Engineering from Montana. He most recently served as EVP of Business Development for Blue Tip Energy Management, where he assisted in capital raising efforts, as well as supervising the acquisition and divestiture of assets.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Denver, a Juris Doctor Graduate Degree from Loyola University School of Law, and a Master of Laws Degree from New York University School of Law. Greg is a member of the Colorado and Texas Bar Associations.

Prior to joining IronHorse, Mr. Sondergaard was Senior Geologist for Blue Tip Energy, where he oversaw the optimization and assessment of assets. He has evaluated deals across the Rockies Texas and the Mid-Continent.
He began his career with Marathon Oil Company in 1999, and later worked as an exploration
